Piero Percoco
Piero Percoco was born in 1987 and grew up in Italy and Venezuela. In 2010, he studied at the University of Forestry and Environmental Sciences in Bari, and after two years left the university to devote himself fully to photography. Piero Percoco became known above all for his successful Instagram account, which quickly reached almost 50,000 followers, including Stephen Shore, who is a self-confessed fan of Percoco's work. The Italian autodidact photographs right outside his front door and captures with humour and irony everyday life in the village, growing up with his sister, grandmother's cooking and sunbathing people on the beach in Bari.
