In his entertaining lecture, Prof. Dr. Jens Schröter spoke to around 80 visitors about Garry Winogrand's comprehensive oeuvre. The pioneer of street photography and classic of 20th century photographic history left behind around 300,000 negatives as his legacy. Schröter illuminated Winogrand's work with a view to the artistic development and mediality of William Egglestone.
