At the interface of science and art, company founder Edwin Land defined the Polaroid Corporation and its products. Using concrete examples from Polaroid's exciting history, the lecture explored this credo, which produced both remarkable advertising strategies and fascinating artistic instant pictures, as can currently be seen in the exhibition The Polaroid Project.
